Heidi Seagren Barringer, CRS has lived
in Colorado since 1980. She started her marketing career in
Aspen where she was the Director of Sales and Marketing for
The Little Nell Hotel. Heidi is actively involved with her
two children, from volunteering at school to taking them to
their dance and sporting functions. The family skis,
snowshoes, hikes and enjoys vacationing together.
Soon after Heidi’s arrival in Evergreen in 1997, she began
what has proven to be an extremely successful real estate
career. She learned that no matter what you are marketing,
it all boils down to people and how you treat them,
something which she obviously does very well! Her success is
evidenced by the high numbers of referrals she regularly
receives from her satisfied past clients.
Heidi was born in Minneapolis, MN and raised in San
Francisco and Chicago. When she’s not selling real estate,
she can most likely be found, baking with her kids, working
out, shooting photos (having studied with Ansel Adams in
Yosemite), snow-shoeing, skiing, running and reading.
Heidi is best known for her tenacity in negotiating and her
soft touch with her clients, always their advocate. She
“opens doors and closes deals”. Heidi has two Buyer Agents who
specialize in detail oriented hand-holding through the home
buying process. The Barringer Team has consistently won
awards for Top Production for Coldwell Banker. She was part
of the Diamond Society in 2001 and the International
Presidents Team in 2002, 2003 and 2004. Heidi is also a
Certified Residential Specialist and a Certified Previews
Agent specializing in high-end sales.

Camilla has been listing and
selling homes in the foothills for the past 8 years and
specializes in Evergreen, Genesee , Conifer and surrounding
areas. As a buyer’s agent her clients trust her to help
them with one of their most important investments, their
home. Communication and treating her clients with the
utmost professionalism is a must.Camilla moved to Colorado from Southern
Ontario, Canada in 1990 with her two children Aaron and
Brooke. They fell in love with Evergreen’s charm and easy
access to all amenities. Prior to moving here she owned a
restaurant for 10 years located on the waterfront in Fort
Erie, Ontario, Canada. Her love for animals led her to her
involvement in animal health care for the next 15 years.
